"Fairytales"
Fairytales
I used to wander
In the fairy world
And marvel at its sights
The door would open
Welcome me in
Twinkling with fairy lights
Then one day
I ran right up
To the fairy door
It would not open
And I was stuck
Welcomed by fairies no more
"Please!
I beg you!
"Let me see the Fairy Queen!"
The door opened
But just a crack
Just enough to be seen
"Human child
What is it that you you want?"
"Please good Queen, let me in!"
"You don't belong here
Anymore
You have committed sin!"
"Please good Queen
What have I done?
Allow me to atone!"
"You can't dear child
You're all grown up
And you must bear it on your own!"
